Adil Hamid to Speak on Requisition Management Panel at the Bold Legal Group Conveyancing Conference & Soirée 2026
Auxilio are pleased to share that Adil Hamid, Director at Auxilio, will be speaking at the Bold Legal Group Conveyancing Conference & Soirée 2026, taking place on Wednesday 17 June 2026 at Regent’s University, London.
Hosted by Bold Legal Group, the conference brings together conveyancers, solicitors, lenders and industry leaders from across the sector to discuss key operational, regulatory and market challenges affecting conveyancing practices.
Adil will be part of a specialist panel session titled:
“Fewer requisitions help conveyancers increase profitability, strengthen their reputation, and deliver faster registrations for customers and lenders.”
The session will be chaired by Chris Harris, Founder & CEO at Collaborative Conveyancing, with panellists including Dr Roger Holdom, Customer Market Strategy Lead at HM Land Registry, Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Director at Auxilio, Simon Black, Technical Property Director at Taylor Rose MW, and Epi Pearce from Nationwide Building Society.
The discussion will focus on the operational and commercial impact of avoidable requisitions, including how firms can improve submission quality, reduce delays and strengthen performance across the post-completion process.
Topics covered during the session will include:
The most common causes of requisitions
Practical steps firms can take to reduce avoidable errors
The role of technology, training and operational processes
How lenders assess requisition performance as part of wider quality and risk evaluation
Why strong requisition management is increasingly recognised as a marker of an efficient and well-run conveyancing practice
The panel will draw on the latest HM Land Registry data and provide practical, data-led insight for fee earners, team leaders and compliance professionals.
The wider conference agenda includes sessions covering referral fees, digitisation in conveyancing, SDLT outsourcing considerations, AI and compliance, UK AML risks and the future of home buying and selling reform, alongside networking and supplier exhibition opportunities throughout the day.
Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Director at Auxilio, said:
“Requisition management continues to be a major operational pressure point for many conveyancing firms. Through our post-completion support services, we work closely with firms to improve submission quality, manage requisitions efficiently and create greater consistency across the registration process. This helps free up internal teams to focus on client service, legal work and wider operational priorities.
Reducing avoidable requisitions is not simply about registration speed - it also impacts profitability, client experience, lender confidence and overall operational performance.
I am looking forward to joining the panel and discussing the practical changes firms can make to improve consistency, reduce rework and strengthen post-completion outcomes.”
Auxilio works with conveyancing firms across the UK to provide operational support across client onboarding, title checks and enquiries, completion preparation, post-completion and file closure. Our teams work either alongside existing in-house teams or as a fully outsourced function, depending on each firm’s structure and operational requirements.
The Bold Legal Group Conveyancing Conference & Soirée 2026 will include keynote talks, panel discussions and networking opportunities focused on the future of conveyancing and operational best practice across the sector.
