Auxilio Shortlisted for Supplier Innovation & Support Award at the Conveyancing Awards 2026

The Auxilio team are pleased to share that we have been shortlisted for the Supplier Innovation & Support Award at The Conveyancing Awards 2026.

The Conveyancing Awards bring together firms, professionals and service providers from across the property legal sector, with the Supplier Innovation & Support Award highlighting those delivering practical improvements to performance, efficiency and service delivery within conveyancing operations.

Recognition for Supplier Support

This shortlisting reflects the increasing role that operational support plays in day-to-day conveyancing. As firms continue to balance high transaction volumes with evolving compliance requirements, the ability to maintain consistency, accuracy and pace has become more important than ever.

Auxilio works closely with conveyancing teams to provide structured, scalable support that fits within existing processes and helps maintain performance across busy periods.

Adil Hamid, Director at Auxilio, commented:

“Firms are under constant pressure to deliver quickly and accurately, often while managing growing compliance demands. What we focus on is giving teams the support they need to keep things moving without adding complexity or disruption. We are really pleased to be shortlisted for this award, particularly as it reflects the results our clients are achieving and the way we support them in practice.”

Supporting Firms Through Operational Pressure

Auxilio provides outsourced conveyancing support across post-completion and title checking, supporting over 25,000 transactions each year. The service is designed to integrate directly into law firm systems and workflows, allowing firms to maintain control while adding capacity where it is needed.

Over the past 18 months, this approach has supported firms to:

  • Reduce post-completion requisition rates from over 30% to approximately 7%

  • Cut turnaround times while maintaining consistent service delivery

  • Reduce escalations by around 30% through improved first-time resolution

  • Maintain title checking error rates below 2%, supported by internal quality assurance

  • Implement process improvements that improve case progression and prioritisation

This model has enabled firms to manage increasing volumes and regulatory requirements without placing additional strain on internal teams.

A Structured and Integrated Approach

Auxilio’s delivery model is built around integration rather than traditional outsourcing. Teams work directly within client case management systems, following firm-specific workflows and service level expectations.

All work is supported by structured quality assurance processes and overseen by account leads and subject matter specialists. This ensures consistency of output while allowing firms to retain visibility and control across their operations.

The focus is on removing operational bottlenecks, improving reliability and supporting fee-earners to focus on higher value work.

Award winners will be announced at the Conveyancing Awards 2026 in July, at The Londoner Hotel, London, bringing together professionals from across the conveyancing sector.
