On 11 June, Auxilio was proud to take part in this year’s Bold Legal Group Conveyancing Conference held at the picturesque Regent’s University London. With a packed agenda, great industry speakers, and a strong delegate turnout, the event offered valuable insights into the future of conveyancing and the tools and trends shaping the profession.
Mark West and Adil Hamid from the Auxilio team were pleased to have conversations with conveyancers, law firm leaders, and industry innovators, reconnecting with familiar faces and welcoming new contacts.
Key Themes from the Day
The conference programme featured a mix of keynote panels, expert led sessions, and specialist breakout discussions. Among the standout topics were:
● AI and the Future of Conveyancing, featuring The Law Society’s Deputy Vice President Richard Atkinson, who joined BLG Founder Rob Hailstone for an insightful discussion on modernisation, risk, and the regulatory landscape.
● Climate Change and Conveyancing, a rapidly evolving area of focus as environmental data becomes an increasing part of the search process. Conversations on the ground confirmed this is front of mind for many firms and an area ripe for support and innovation.
● Unnecessary Enquiries, explored in a panel featuring agents and conveyancers, offering candid reflections on the pain points that slow down transactions, and how collaboration across the property ecosystem can streamline the process.
Auxilio’s Stand
Auxilio’s stand was full of activity throughout the day. Delegates were keen to learn more about how we support law firms with a scalable, specialist approach to conveyancing support tasks such as:

● Management pack reports
What became clear is that capacity challenges remain a key concern, with many firms exploring outsourcing solutions beyond the traditional locum model. Auxilio’s model resonated strongly with firms looking to reduce turnaround times without compromising quality or compliance.
As always, our much loved stand game ‘Crack the Code’ made a splash, with the lip balms, spa gifts, afternoon teas and sweet treats proving very popular!
