The Q4 to Q1 Reality Check: HM Land Registry, Bold Legal Group, Auxilio, InfoTrack and PCS Legal Discuss Avoidable Requisitions and Practical Actions for Conveyancing Firms
Bold Legal Group and Auxilio have joined forces once again with HM Land Registry and leading industry experts to host a practical webinar exploring avoidable requisitions, post-completion performance and the operational improvements firms can make following the latest HM Land Registry data release.
Chaired by Rob Hailstone, CEO of Bold Legal Group, the session follows HM Land Registry’s latest avoidable requisitions data release covering Q4 and Q1, representing the second dataset in the ongoing series designed to help firms better understand and reduce avoidable errors.
The panel features:
Roger Holdom, Market Strategy and Customer Training Lead, HM Land Registry
Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Director, Auxilio
Louise Edwardes, Head of Product, InfoTrack
Kate Forsdike, Senior Partner & Licensed Conveyancer, PCS Legal
The webinar will explore what the latest data reveals about current post-completion performance, the operational challenges contributing to avoidable requisitions and, most importantly, the practical actions firms can take to improve performance.
Relevant to conveyancing firms of all sizes, the discussion will focus on actionable insight rather than generic post-completion commentary, helping firms understand what the latest data means in practice and where improvements can be made.
Key topics include:
What the latest HM Land Registry dataset tells firms about avoidable requisition trends
How firms should interpret their own organisation-level data
The operational causes of avoidable requisitions in high-volume conveyancing environments
Practical controls and process improvements that can reduce repeat errors
How technology can help identify issues before applications are submitted
The role of specialist post-completion support in improving quality and consistency
What firms should prioritise during the first 90 days after receiving their avoidable requisitions data
The webinar will also examine HM Land Registry’s reported 7% reduction in avoidable requisition rates across the sector and explore the support, training and digital tools available to help firms continue improving performance.
Commenting ahead of the webinar, Rob Hailstone, CEO of Bold Legal Group, said:
“HM Land Registry’s avoidable requisitions data provides firms with a valuable opportunity to understand where issues are occurring and where improvements can be made. This webinar brings together perspectives from across the conveyancing sector to discuss not only what the data shows, but the practical changes firms can implement to improve performance.”
Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Director at Auxilio, said:
“Avoidable requisitions continue to affect capacity, turnaround times and operational efficiency for many conveyancing firms. The purpose of this discussion is to move beyond the headline figures and focus on the practical improvements firms can make to strengthen post-completion performance, improve consistency and reduce unnecessary rework.
We are delighted to be working alongside HM Land Registry, Bold Legal Group and our fellow panellists to help firms turn data into practical action and identify opportunities to improve performance across the post-completion process.”
The webinar forms part of a wider industry focus on reducing avoidable requisitions and improving post-completion performance. These themes will be explored further at the Bold Legal Group Conveyancing Conference & Soirée 2026 on 17 June, where industry leaders from HM Land Registry, Auxilio, Taylor Rose MW and Nationwide Building Society will discuss how firms can improve submission quality, reduce avoidable delays and strengthen registration outcomes.
Together, the webinar and conference session reflect the growing industry focus on using data, technology, training and operational improvements to reduce avoidable errors and improve post-completion performance across the conveyancing sector.
The webinar will be released in two parts following HM Land Registry’s latest avoidable requisitions data publication on 8 June 2026. Part 1 will be released on Wednesday 10 June, with Part 2 following on Monday 15 June.
