Auxilio Exhibits at Bold Legal Group Conference as Adil Hamid Joins Requisition Management Panel
Auxilio were pleased to attend and exhibit at the Bold Legal Group Conveyancing Conference & Soirée 2026, which took place on Wednesday 17 June at Regent’s University London.
The event brought together conveyancers, solicitors, lenders, suppliers and industry leaders for a full day of sector discussion, professional development and networking.
The Auxilio team exhibited throughout the day, speaking with conveyancing firms and industry contacts about the operational pressures affecting conveyancing teams and the practical support available across the transaction process. Conversations at the stand focused on capacity, consistency, post-completion performance, requisition management and how firms can create more structure around operational work.
A key part of the day was the panel session titled:
‘Fewer requisitions help conveyancers increase profitability, strengthen their reputation, and deliver faster registrations for customers and lenders’
Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Director at Auxilio, joined the panel alongside Roger Holdom, Customer Market Strategy Lead at HM Land Registry, Simon Black, Technical Property Director and Partner at Taylor Rose, and Epi Pearce, Risk Manager at Nationwide Building Society. The session was chaired by Chris Harris, Founder and CEO of Collaborative Conveyancing.
The discussion explored how firms can reduce avoidable requisitions, improve submission quality and strengthen post-completion performance. Drawing on the latest HM Land Registry data, the panel considered the common causes of requisitions, the practical steps firms can take to reduce avoidable delays, and the importance of strong processes, clear file preparation and effective training.
The panel also highlighted that requisition performance is increasingly linked to wider business outcomes, including profitability, reputation, lender confidence and the speed of registration for customers and lenders. Strong requisition management is not only a technical post-completion issue. It is an important marker of operational control, service quality and panel confidence for conveyancing firms.
Adil contributed from Auxilio’s perspective as a specialist conveyancing operations partner, highlighting that requisition management should not be viewed as something that only begins after completion. He explained that the strongest post-completion performance often starts much earlier, with clear ownership, better file preparation and agreed processes before the file reaches the post-completion team.
Adil also spoke about the importance of file readiness, noting that when documents are missing or information is incomplete, applications often need to go back to fee earners before they can be submitted. This creates avoidable rework, delays and additional pressure across the team.
Adil Hamid said:
“Good post-completion performance starts before the file reaches post-completion. The question is what processes are in place before handover. If documents are missing or the file is not ready, that creates rework, delay and avoidable pressure. From our experience, dealing with a requisition can take as much time as the original submission, so file readiness and clear ownership make a real difference.”
The conference also provided an opportunity for the Auxilio team to reconnect with familiar contacts, meet new firms and continue conversations around how operational support can help conveyancing teams manage pressure without losing control of service quality.
Auxilio would like to thank Bold Legal Group for hosting another brilliant event, and everyone who visited the Auxilio stand throughout the day.
