Auxilio Shortlisted for Service Provider of the Year at The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2026

Auxilio is delighted to have been shortlisted for Service Provider of the Year at The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2026.

The national awards recognise excellence across the conveyancing sector, celebrating the firms, teams, individuals and service providers making a positive contribution to residential property work.

Auxilio has been shortlisted in the Service Provider of the Year category, which recognises organisations that deliver high standards of client service and support, provide clear value to clients and strategic partners, improve efficiency, develop new service offerings and take a strong approach to client integration.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 19 November at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.

Auxilio’s role in conveyancing operations

Auxilio’s submission highlighted its work as a specialist conveyancing operations partner supporting law firms across important areas of the transaction.

Auxilio’s approach is built around becoming a genuine extension of a client’s operation. The team works within each firm’s existing systems, workflows and service standards, providing operational support that fits around the way the client already works.

That approach has been central to Auxilio’s growth over the last year. The business has continued to strengthen long-term client relationships, expand the scale of its support and develop practical services in response to the operational pressures conveyancing firms are managing.

Delivering measurable client support

Auxilio’s progress over the last year can also be seen in the way client relationships have continued to develop.

In one major client relationship, Auxilio’s post-completion work began with two team members supporting around 100 files per month. That support has since grown into a wider 20-person operation, with Auxilio now handling approximately 600 to 700 post-completion files per month for the same client, alongside additional areas of operational work.

This reflects the trust clients place in Auxilio to manage important parts of their conveyancing operations carefully, consistently and at scale.

Auxilio has also supported firms where immediate operational resilience was needed. In one example, a client handling around 150 post-completion matters per month faced the departure of one member of a two-person internal team. Auxilio designed and mobilised a replacement operating model in less than three weeks, taking responsibility for all new matters entering post-completion while the remaining internal resource focused on existing submitted cases.

This gave the firm a practical and structured response to a business-critical resourcing issue, without the delay and uncertainty of recruiting and training a replacement.

Identifying issues before they reach the submission team

A key part of Auxilio’s submission was its focus on identifying and addressing issues during post-completion, before files reach the submission team.

Over the last year, Auxilio developed and delivered a submission-readiness checking process for a major client. These checks take place during post-completion, just before submission, to establish whether files are ready to progress to the submission team.

Auxilio now reviews over 2,000 files each month through this process, with issues identified in 62.8% of files checked. At current volumes, this means more than 1,250 files per month are identified for intervention before they reach the submission team, allowing issues to be followed up before they create further delay, rework or pressure at submission stage.

The process also captures the type of issue and where it originated, giving the client clearer visibility of recurring problems and helping to support more targeted feedback, training and process improvement upstream.

For Auxilio, this reflects what effective operational support should achieve: not only completing the work, but helping clients understand where pressure points are arising and how the wider process can be improved.

A team achievement

Auxilio’s team supports this delivery through attention to detail and responsibility for each client’s work.

The team learns each client’s systems, workflows, service levels, risks and escalation routes, with training, quality controls and ongoing operational and account-management oversight tailored to those requirements.

That combination of people, process and care has supported strong performance, including 99% compliance across current delivery.
