Auxilio Sponsors Inaugural Modern Law Conveyancing Networking Lunch in Manchester

Auxilio was pleased to sponsor and attend the first Modern Law Conveyancing Networking Lunch, organised by Modern Law Magazine and held at The Midland Hotel in Manchester on 30 September.

The new event brought together conveyancers, law firms and businesses supporting the property sector for an afternoon of networking, conversation and guest speakers.

Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Director at Auxilio, attended on behalf of the business, meeting with conveyancing professionals and industry contacts throughout the afternoon.

Bringing the conveyancing community together

Rob Steadman of Landmark Information Group hosted the afternoon, with contributions from Samantha Burrows, Head of Growth and Development at Gilson Gray and Chair of Women in Conveyancing, and Dimple Rama of property technology business Orbital.

Following the event, organiser Kate McKittrick of Modern Law Magazine described the lunch as an afternoon filled with “support, community, bravery and friendship”. She thanked Rob Steadman for hosting, and Samantha Burrows and Dimple Rama for speaking so openly and honestly about their experiences.

Auxilio was pleased to help make the first event possible alongside the other sponsors.

Connections across the conveyancing sector

The afternoon was also a good opportunity to catch up with familiar faces and meet others working across conveyancing and the wider property sector, where firms continue to balance growing workloads with the need to maintain service quality and progress matters efficiently.

These are challenges Auxilio helps firms manage through flexible, managed support across the conveyancing journey, from onboarding and title checking through to enquiries, search and mortgage offer reports, and post completion. Auxilio teams work within each firm’s existing systems and processes, providing additional capacity without disrupting the way the firm already works.

Thank you to Modern Law Magazine

Auxilio would like to thank Kate McKittrick and the team for organising the first Modern Law Conveyancing Networking Lunch, Rob Steadman for hosting, and Samantha Burrows and Dimple Rama for sharing their experiences.

It was a pleasure to support the inaugural lunch and be part of an event bringing together so many people from across the conveyancing profession.
