Successful Day at the Modern Law Conveyancing Conference 2026

Auxilio were delighted to attend and exhibit at the Modern Law Conveyancing Conference 2026, which took place on 10 June and brought together conveyancers, legal professionals, technology providers and suppliers from across the residential property sector.

Held in Manchester, the conference delivered a packed agenda covering many of the key issues currently shaping conveyancing, including leadership, technology, artificial intelligence, operational performance, talent development and the future direction of the profession.

The event attracted a diverse audience from across the sector, with strong engagement throughout the day and a real appetite for discussion around the operational challenges firms are facing and the practical solutions available to support them.

The Auxilio team spent the day speaking with conveyancing firms of all sizes about the pressures affecting modern legal practices, including capacity challenges, post-completion performance, recruitment difficulties, process consistency and the growing importance of operational scalability.

One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity for Adil Hamid, Co-Founder and Director at Auxilio, to take to the conference Tech Stage and deliver a short presentation introducing Auxilio's services and approach to supporting conveyancing firms.

The presentation provided attendees with an overview of how specialist operational support can help firms improve capacity, strengthen consistency and maintain quality across key stages of the conveyancing process, including client onboarding, title checks and enquiries, completion preparation, post-completion and file closure.

Throughout the conference, the team also welcomed a large number of visitors to the Auxilio stand, where delegates took part in our "Crack the Code" challenge while discussing the latest operational trends and opportunities within the sector.
